Programme Structure


The recommended notional hours of study per module is 150 hours. These consist of scheduled lectures and seminars on campus in Milan and online (15%), and guided, independent and autonomous learning (85%). Our cloud-based Learning Management System and and e-library are very important resources in the learning process. The required modules include:

We will place you on an internship in the Italian hospitality and tourism industry. Employers are primarily hotels and resorts, tour operators, travel agencies, tourist boards and destination management organisations, and consulting firms. The internship experience provide the applied platform for the theory  assessments. Theory assessment is completed at this stage. It has to be linked to your internship experience whether company, property or destination.

Italian language

The Italian language module is predominantly delivered in Milan campus. It includes 200 contacts hours to enable the students reach B1 level in Italian to be able to take up their internship in an Italian company.

Programme Features

Applying for our programme allows you to have a study visa in Italy for one year (the period required for programme completion). We cannot influence visa procedures, but we offer you the paperwork required from the authorities to consider a student visa.
The school arranges the whole internship experience for you. This is easy task for a school founded by a tour operator and has its roots in the industry. Our industry partners include Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Accor Hotels, Belmond Hotels and Resorts, UNA Hotels, to name a few. .  
You can conduct your research, submit your assessments and get online tutoring from anywhere. The LMS contains study material, links to e-books and videos, lecture notes, audios and videos. The assessments and all your records are on the system and can be accessed anytime.
We give you access to the state-of-the-art digital library that can be accessed from anywhere with internet connection. It has a great assortment of hospitality and tourism academic and trade journals.

Age: minimum 21
Qualification: First Degree in Hospitality & Tourism, Business and Management, or equivalent
English Proficiency: minimum B2 level or equivalent
Professional Experience: Not Required
