Founded in 1990 as LUnité d’Enseignment du Tourisme (UET) by Nouvelles Frontières, the leading French tour operator with 1.6 million passengers today and is part of TUI AG the global German tour operator. Our vocational and professional roots and tradition together with the academic rigour of our curricula enrich the learning experience for our students. The majority of our instructors are professionals from the tourism and hospitality industry.

Our Programmes

UET Italia MBA
(Hospitality & Tourism)

This is an 14-month programme based out of our campus in Milan. Develop your hospitality and tourism knowledge and skills in  operating systems, marketing, accounting and finance, organisation behaviour, strategic management, entrepreneurship and new venture finance, and management consulting.

We will place you on an internship in the Italian hospitality and tourism industry for 6 months.

The final stage is the capstone project which may include a business plan for a new venture, a consulting project or a case study.

UET Italia PGDIP in
Hospitality & Tourism Management

This is an 10-month programme based out of our campus in Milan. You will develop your hospitality and tourism knowledge and skills in  operating systems, marketing, accounting and finance, organisation behaviour and  entrepreneurship.

Topics you will learn include financial analysis, market segmentation, positioning strategy, product development, pricing and revenue management, social media analytics, understanding the workforce, diversity management, organisational goals and structure, nature of leadership, workforce motivation and involvement, managing through groups and teams, and planning and organising resources to improve the quality of service and interaction with the customers. 

We will place you on an internship in the Italian hospitality and tourism industry. Employers are primarily hotels and resorts, tour operators, travel agencies, tourist boards and destination management organisations, and consulting firms.
